Supporting Dobell House
Dobell House costs around $1500 a month to maintain operational costs.
Insurance, utilities, NBN, Archiving, Cleaning, Security etc all adds up.
Maintenance is another cost and given the house is about to turn 100 it can cost a fair bit.
